Chelwood Equestrian (CH:EQ) is a training facility built to 2012 Olympic criteria. Designed to the highest standards, the centre provides a modern environment for horse and rider. During the 2012 Olympic CH:EQ hosted the Swedish eventing team- winners of the silver medal.
We provide clinics, with top national and international trainiers, and offer comfortable onsite accomodation to suit owners, riders, trainers, and support staff.
The 165 acre centre is situated on the edge of the Ashdown Forest in East Sussex between the villages of Nutley and Chelwood Gate. Features inlcude a spacious indoor school, 3 Olympic sized arenas, and a 30 acres cross country course, designed and built by the WIllis brothers.
CH:EQ offers secure off road hacking, as well as access to the 6000 acre Ashdown Forest.
